As with all tenses in English, the speaker’s attitude is as imiportant as the time of the action or event.

The present continuous tense is used to show an activity that is in progress or not complete at the time of speaking. The activity started in the past and will go into the future.

The present continuous is made from the present tense fo the verb be and the -ing form of a verb.

Como em todos os tempos verbais em inglês, a atitude do falante é tão importante quanto o tempo da ação ou evento.

O present continuous tense é usado para mostrar uma atividade que está em andamento ou não foi concluída no momento da fala. A atividade começou no passado e continuará no futuro.

O present continuous é feito do present tense do verbo 'be' e da forma '-ing' de um verbo.
